Bald at 18, still crusading

“I am trying to imagine a future where men don’t go bald and people don’t get old, and I don’t think I like the idea of it much”

Hair loss at any age can be devastating, but to begin the hair loss process as a teenager is beyond the scope of what most teens will ever be forced to cope with. Hairs are considered to be the crown of our body but if one start losing it when you are just entering into college days is heartbreaking.

It starts with just some hairs and then it increases at a pace unexpected till you see hairs all over your cushion and wrinkles start emerging on your face. Thinking of the day your head will go smooth and no father would be eager to give his daughter’s hand to you.

And then as the day passes constant comments starts to hurt the feeling and drags the confidence across the floor a few times and swirls it about in plenty of muck as it coalesced with bigger, badder insecurities. For someone to call you out on it within a minute of meeting you and for this to happen to you on a weekly basis is never going to be fun. Mirrors start teasing, and those group horseplay are not the same what they used to be. Barbers are now history as you don’t want to face them and get the freaking comments. Even the tiny advertisement that showcase the promise to bring your hairs back draws you attention. Suddenly walls start talking and your home is the only place which you finds adventurous. You start talking to yourself with the questions like, why me?

And then the doomsdays comes when you just want to kill yourself as you no more consider yourself the part of this society. The self-confidence has been ruptured to a level where every way seems to be blackened.

This is the point from where you can either evolve as a new you or go on blaming for the injustice that has happened with you or just end your journey. But why end it you have suffered a lot why not take revenge and earn what you deserve from life. Just go wildly in the direction of your faith and shoot your aim. Don’t ever forget when one door is closed another one opens and this is how life works. Just imagine the scenario when you are no more, nothing will change only you will be gone and every other person will criticize you for your silly step. Just make a bow and say this is it to your sufferings and now you will make a new fruit out of this tree.

At last, no one can motivate you more than the person inside you. So, don’t ever think you are lone in this world, there are many roaming outside carrying the same crown as yours and with changing fashion it is in the hot books of fashion industry too!

    1. Hitesh,
come to ur sense bro, FACE the reality. If you are losing your hair its not your fault. If someone is taunting u, its not your fault. Dont criticise yourself for something for which nothing can be done.

Somethings are just bound to happen and they will happen irrespective of your wish or choice. but don’t let these miniscule things take a toll on your studies and if you are, then its your fault because no one will see why you failed in your exam or why were you unable to study. they will simply ask you weather you passed or FAILED in your exam.

and believe me, it doesnt matter weather u have black bush on your head or not. What really matters is how much successful you are.

Look at Anupam khair, Robin sharma, Vin Diesel, Dwayne johnson ‘the rock’, satya nadella and the list can go on and on. But can you figure out whats common in all of them????

well, all of them didnt let their bald head ridicule their success and you already know how much successfull they all are…

So, please dude dont let this thinning hairline come by any way in between your studies… 🙂

I can understand its hard to tackle with the change but do u have any other choice???

just face the goddamn mountain(promblem) and climb it like Arunima Sinha and then have your story to tell future kids how u fought with your problems…

      best of luck 🙂

      rise and shine 🙂
